Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies and campaigns for specific academic programmes and university initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including press releases, articles, internal newsletters, and digital assets.
- Manage external media relations, build strong relationships with journalists, and secure positive coverage for the university.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and student leaders, to ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor media landscapes and conduct audience analysis to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
- Lead crisis communications planning and provide strategic counsel during sensitive situations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in strategic communications, public relations, or corporate communications.
- Demonstrated experience managing communications for large-scale organisations or educational institutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of the English language.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, diverse team environment.
