Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of mobility workforce development programmes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Liaise with internal departments and external training providers to schedule workshops, seminars, and professional upskilling sessions.
- Monitor project milestones, track progress, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth programme execution.
- Manage programme budgets and resources, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps within the bus industry workforce and propose tailored training solutions.
Kualifikasi
- A recognised Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in programme coordination, project management, or workforce development within the transport or ICT sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
