In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing innovative programmes that align with industry trends while ensuring that all offerings meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and learner satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between curriculum design and rigorous quality control, ensuring our training ecosystem remains competitive and impactful. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate industry requirements into actionable training modules, implement continuous improvement strategies, and uphold the prestige of the SFIC Institute brand within the regional landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full lifecycle of programme development, from conceptualization and market research to curriculum implementation.
- Establish and maintain robust quality assurance frameworks to ensure compliance with national training and educational standards.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of existing programmes to identify areas for pedagogical and operational improvement.
- Collaborate with industry experts and faculty to ensure training content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry-specific certifications.
- Develop performance metrics and feedback loops to assess the effectiveness of training delivery and learner outcomes.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and accreditation processes to maintain institutional excellence.
- Provide strategic insights to senior management regarding new market opportunities and curriculum expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in programme development, curriculum design, or academic quality assurance.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end training projects within a professional or vocational training environment.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s training and adult education landscape (e.g., SSG/WSQ frameworks).
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization.
