Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and direct large-scale, complex programmes, ensuring alignment with client strategic goals and business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement robust programme management frameworks, governance, and reporting processes.
  • Manage high-level stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project sponsors and board-level executives.
  • Oversee the financial performance of programmes, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring optimal commercial return.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver excellence while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and sustainability practices.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all phases of the programme lifecycle.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in project and programme management, with a proven track record in the real estate or infrastructure sector.
  • Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or APM Registered Project Professional.
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore construction market, regulatory requirements, and procurement trends.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to lead large, diverse teams in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in large-scale P&L management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing outcomes at the C-suite level.
