Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of multi-disciplinary programmes to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively across all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Oversee budget management, financial reporting, and resource allocation to optimize project performance.
- Mentor and develop project teams to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Programme or Project Manager within the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
