Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end program execution for APAC-wide network refresh initiatives
- Manage cross-functional teams across multiple countries and time zones
- Develop comprehensive program roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
- Oversee budget allocation and resource optimization for complex IT projects
- Implement robust risk mitigation and issue resolution frameworks
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and quality metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of program management experience in IT infrastructure
- Proven track record of managing multi-country APAC programs
- Strong expertise in network refresh and infrastructure modernization
- PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
