Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end programme operations for digital health initiatives targeting chronic disease management
- Monitor and optimize operational workflows to ensure seamless implementation of digital health solutions
- Collaborate with clinical, technical, and stakeholder teams to align programme objectives
- Track programme performance metrics and prepare operational reports for stakeholders
- Manage logistics, resources, and timelines for digital health deployments
- Facilitate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and technical teams
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in digital health programmes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in programme coordination or operations management
- Strong understanding of digital health technologies and healthcare ecosystems
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, CRM systems)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data protection standards (PHI, HIPAA)
- Experience coordinating chronic disease management programmes preferred
- Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
