Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans focusing on academic, social, and physical development
- Create inclusive learning environments that support diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds
- Monitor and document children's progress using developmental assessment tools
- Facilitate interactive activities including storytelling, arts, and sensory play
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's holistic growth
- Organize educational field trips and special events to enhance learning experiences
- Maintain compliance with childcare regulations and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in kindergarten or childcare setting
- Certification in First Aid and Child Safety Procedures
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and educational methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- Creative problem-solving abilities for classroom management
- Patience, empathy, and passion for nurturing young minds
- Proficiency in English and at least one other local language
