Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Identify and analyze critical paths, potential delays, and schedule variances to provide proactive solutions to the management team.
- Develop and implement automated tools, scripts, or macros (such as VBA or Python) to streamline planning processes and data entry.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, Gantt charts, and performance dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Site Engineers to ensure alignment between site activities and the master schedule.
- Monitor resource allocation and labor productivity to ensure cost-effective project execution.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors to integrate their specific timelines into the master project plan.
- Conduct regular schedule impact analysis for any project scope changes or unforeseen disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in project planning or scheduling within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Demonstrated programming or scripting skills (e.g., VBA, Python, or SQL) for data manipulation and process automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and levels.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
