PERSOL is partnering with a prestigious Government Agency in Denpasar, Bali, to appoint a highly skilled Project Accounting Officer. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing financial workflows, ensuring compliance with government accounting standards, and providing accurate reporting for high-profile projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounting processes for government-funded projects.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and comply with internal and government regulations.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and reconcile accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis and project status updates for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely documentation and processing of project invoices and payments.
- Maintain systematic filing systems for financial records, audit trails, and supporting project documentation.
- Support the annual audit process by providing necessary financial data and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in project accounting or general accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and taxation regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work from office (WFO) in Denpasar, Bali.
