We are seeking a meticulous Project Accountant to join our dynamic team at Geotekindo in Jakarta Utara. This critical role will oversee financial operations for our on-site projects, ensuring accurate budgeting, cost control, and compliance with accounting standards. As a key member of the finance department, you'll collaborate with project managers to analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project financial records, including budgets, forecasts, and actuals
- Monitor project costs and variances, providing regular financial reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian accounting standards
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for project-related transactions
- Conduct regular reconciliations of project accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Analyze project profitability and recommend cost optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project accounting or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Experience in construction/engineering industry preferred
