CDCC Builders Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Acquisition Specialist to join our Business Development team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new construction projects that align with our strategic growth objectives. We are looking for a proactive professional to manage our project pooling pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads and opportunities across the Metro Manila market.
As the face of our company in the field, you will leverage your expertise in lead generation and negotiation to build lasting relationships with prospective clients, real estate developers, and industry partners. You will collaborate closely with internal project managers to ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to execution. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and real estate sectors.
- Manage and expand the internal project pooling database with qualified and prospective leads.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and business cases to potential stakeholders.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close contracts with prospective clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with architects, contractors, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with internal project managers to ensure the smooth transition of acquired projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or project acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities with a client-centric approach.
- Familiarity with the local construction industry and regulations is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
