Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative tasks for ongoing projects.
- Maintain and update project documentation, databases, and physical filing systems accurately.
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and relevant correspondence for management review.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies and coordination of logistics for project-related meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks with high precision and ensure data integrity across all internal systems.
- Support the team by handling inquiries and resolving administrative bottlenecks efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office productivity tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced financial environment.
