Utomodeck Metal Works is a leading player in the metal works industry, and we are currently seeking a qualified and motivated **Project Administrator** to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will support the Aftersales department by ensuring smooth administrative operations, managing project documentation, and coordinating between internal teams and clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize project documentation, including reports, contracts, and correspondence.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings for the Aftersales team to ensure seamless project workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external project-related inquiries.
- Monitor project progress and update stakeholders on key milestones and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all project-related materials.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and project proposals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or project support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
