Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and daily reports.
- Coordinate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding material delivery and schedules.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal project management team.
- Track project progress against milestones and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for both physical and digital records.
- Assist in budget tracking and processing invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Support the Project Manager in conducting site visits and documenting site conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or Construction Management (preferred).
- Proven experience working in a contracting, construction, or engineering environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
