About the Role
As a Project and Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing engineering projects from inception to completion while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be the bridge between our technical team and clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include project planning, resource coordination, client presentations, contract negotiation, and post-sales support.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs.
- Prepare and present project proposals, technical presentations, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and installation.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources, reporting progress to management.
- Provide technical support and after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and/or sales within the engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and industry standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Must be willing to work in Caloocan City and travel to client sites as needed.
