- Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success and meet strategic goals.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design products that are robust, manufacturable, and cost-effective.
- Partner with production teams to ensure smooth workflows and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules to ensure on-time completion.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to manufacturing processes and supply chain logistics.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project application engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in using project management software and CAD tools.
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
