Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architectural design process from inception to final construction documentation.
- Ensure all project designs strictly adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Manage project schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
- Prepare, review, and modify detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Resolve on-site technical challenges and coordinate design modifications as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as an Architect or Project Architect.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of local construction laws, building materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and consultant relationships.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional registration with a recognized architectural board is preferred.
