We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our dynamic team at Ateja Tritunggal. As a key member of our design and architecture division, you will lead the planning and execution of operational functions, including facility development, infrastructure creation, cost estimation analysis (RAB), and comprehensive project monitoring for building constructions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic oversight to ensure all architectural projects align with company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate conceptual designs into executable plans, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining strict quality control. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in architectural design principles, construction methodologies, and financial analysis to deliver sustainable, cost-effective solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive architectural plans and facility infrastructure designs
- Analyze and prepare cost estimates (RAB) for building projects
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with blueprints
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations
- Prepare detailed architectural documentation and specifications
- Oversee quality control during project execution phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of architectural project experience
- Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Strong analytical skills for cost estimation and budget planning
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations
- Experience in facility planning and infrastructure development
- Excellent project management and coordination abilities
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred
