Tanggung Jawab
- Lead architectural design development and documentation across all project phases
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate technical solutions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and architectural design
- Professional architectural license (e.g., LAM in Malaysia)
- Expertise in Malaysian building codes and construction regulations
- Proficiency in BIM/CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience managing construction documentation and contracts
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
