Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architectural design process from concept development through construction documentation for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with design intent.
- Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and maintain quality control throughout construction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate requirements into innovative, functional designs.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on schedule and within financial parameters.
- Mentor junior architects and technical staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Architect (RA) in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction, preferably in real estate development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine building codes, structural requirements, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams, consultants, and clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
