We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Architect (Construction Management) to join the dynamic team at RS Realty Concepts Developer Inc. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical backbone of our projects, acting as the primary liaison between contractors, consultants, suppliers, and the project management team. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that every phase of construction is executed with precision, adhering to the highest standards of design and safety.
As the Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from reviewing technical drawings and shop drawings to conducting rigorous site inspections. You will ensure that all work is performed in strict accordance with the approved architectural plans, local building codes (such as the National Building Code of the Philippines), and quality standards. You will also coordinate closely with structural, MEP, and interior consultants to resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all phases of construction administration and on-site supervision to ensure strict adherence to architectural plans and specifications.
- Act as the key technical coordinator between contractors, consultants, suppliers, and the project management team to facilitate seamless communication.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and submittals to ensure quality control before installation.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Coordinate with MEP and structural engineers to resolve design conflicts and ensure proper integration of systems.
- Prepare and manage progress reports, change orders, and related documentation for client and management review.
- Collaborate with the project management team on value engineering and cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Licensed Professional Architect (R.P.A.) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in construction management and site supervision.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine building codes, local zoning laws, and construction standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites in Rizal.
