Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate architectural projects from initial design phase to final implementation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment
- Manage project documentation including drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Oversee construction progress and ensure compliance with design standards
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and resolve technical issues
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project coordination experience in architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in Bali's construction market preferred
