Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and agendas to ensure operational efficiency.
- Facilitate clear and professional communication between stakeholders in Indonesia and the United States.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external reviews.
- Monitor project timelines and budget tracking to ensure deliverables are met within scope.
- Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, and educational conferences.
- Maintain organized project records, databases, and filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Handle administrative tasks including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project administration or office management.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.
