Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control the end-to-end execution of new store construction, refurbishments, and maintenance projects.
- Ensure all project timelines are met and adhere to the master schedule.
- Conduct regular site visits to audit quality standards and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Manage external contractors and vendors to ensure cost-efficiency and high-quality workmanship.
- Oversee store closures and handover processes to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to manage equipment procurement and store fit-out logistics.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports for management review, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the retail or commercial construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- In-depth understanding of construction materials, building codes, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
