Erajaya is a leading retail and distribution company in Indonesia, and we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Assistant Manager to join our expanding team in Penjaringan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our store development projects, ensuring that our retail footprint continues to grow efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of store-related projects, including new store openings, refurbishments, ongoing maintenance, and strategic store closures. Your ability to bridge the gap between planning and execution will be vital in maintaining Erajaya's high standards of operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end execution of new store construction, refurbishments, and maintenance projects.
- Develop and track project timelines to ensure all milestones are met within the established deadlines.
- Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and design specifications.
- Manage project budgets and procurement, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular site visits and reporting to update stakeholders on progress, risks, and roadblocks.
- Coordinate the administrative aspects of store closures, ensuring equipment reclamation and site handover meet company standards.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and logistics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically within the retail, construction, or property development sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of building materials, construction methodologies, and facility maintenance.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on budget control and resource optimization.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
