Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Conduct comprehensive post-project evaluations to assess performance against objectives.
- Analyze project data to identify successful strategies and pinpoint areas requiring improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding project status and outcomes.
- Coordinate communication between project teams and clients to ensure alignment on requirements.
- Support the project management team in administrative tasks and documentation maintenance.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal project management processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project metrics and data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or JIRA).
