Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert advisory services in your specific field (HR, Legal, Sustainability, or Org Development).
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support project deliverables.
- Develop strategic roadmaps, policy documentation, and compliance frameworks aligned with local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement organizational improvements.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for executive stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Offer innovative solutions to complex business problems identified during the consulting lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Human Resources, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise or academic excellence in one or more of the core consulting pillars.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a project-based environment.
- Professional fluency in both Indonesian and English.
- For experienced candidates: A proven track record in professional consulting or relevant corporate functions.
- For fresh graduates: A high GPA, strong extracurricular leadership, and a clear demonstration of critical thinking.
- Willingness to adapt to various project scales and industries.
