Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Update customer records and transaction history in the CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, and requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in all interactions.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service delivery and efficiency.
