Tanggung Jawab
- Contact and communicate with qualified customers regarding account conversion opportunities
- Explain ABC/SBC options and benefits to customers in a clear and persuasive manner
- Guide customers through the account conversion process, ensuring a smooth transition
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets for customer engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve collection strategies
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in collections, customer service, or financial services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to persuade and influence
- Basic knowledge of financial products and account types
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a project-based role
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer management tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education a plus
- Positive attitude with resilience to handle challenging customer situations
