In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our manufacturing processes, driving efficiency, and supporting project-based initiatives that contribute to our operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, implement cost-saving improvements, and ensure our production workflows align with international quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct time and motion studies to improve production line efficiency and throughput.
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify waste and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new equipment or facility upgrades.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency and material utilization.
- Assist in facility layout planning to optimize material flow and reduce lead times.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality management systems during project implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Industrial Engineer (IE) is preferred but fresh board passers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis software and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Willingness to work on a project-based contract in Batangas City.
