Microgenesis Business Systems is seeking a dedicated Project Based MSP Engineer to join our high-performing team in Davao City. This is a 12-month contract opportunity designed for professionals who thrive in managed service environments and are passionate about maintaining seamless network connectivity.
As an MSP Engineer, you will serve as a key technical resource, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our clients' network operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize network infrastructure, translating complex technical challenges into robust solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime and optimal performance.
- Perform timely troubleshooting of complex network incidents and service requests within defined SLA parameters.
- Execute network configuration, firmware updates, and security patching for managed client environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement network upgrades, expansions, and migration projects.
- Generate detailed technical reports and documentation regarding system health and incident resolution.
- Provide tier-2 and tier-3 technical support to end-users and site teams.
- Identify potential network bottlenecks and proactively suggest architectural improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in network operations or enterprise-level network support.
- Solid understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred.
- Huawei product certification (HCIA/HCIP) is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively.
