PT Alam Indah Graha Utama is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Project Bill & Commercial Controller to join our dynamic project management team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be the backbone of our commercial operations, ensuring that project financials are accurately tracked, billed, and reconciled.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical project execution and financial documentation. You will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings to calculate material volumes, preparing progress billings, and ensuring all administrative aspects of our projects are executed with precision and compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track project progress to ensure timely and accurate commercial billing.
- Interpret engineering and construction drawings to perform precise volume take-offs and quantity calculations.
- Prepare detailed project progress reports, payment applications, and invoices for clients.
- Coordinate with site managers and the finance department to reconcile project expenditures against budget estimates.
- Maintain comprehensive administrative records for ongoing and completed project phases.
- Ensure all commercial documentation complies with company standards and legal project requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and financial assessments for project change orders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project administration, quantity surveying, or commercial controlling.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and project management software.
- Exceptional numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a project-based environment.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
