Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models using Autodesk Revit.
- Ensure BIM model accuracy, compliance with project standards, and clash detection across multidisciplinary designs.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to translate design specifications into detailed 3D representations.
- Extract quantities, schedules, and reports directly from the BIM models to support project cost estimations.
- Participate in regular design coordination meetings and BIM workshops to resolve technical challenges.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and submission packages in accordance with local building codes.
- Maintain and update BIM library content and digital families to ensure organizational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in MEP BIM modeling for large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP is essential; familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methodology, and building services coordination.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Professional certification in BIM or Building Information Management is an added advantage.
