Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of branch expansion projects to meet company growth targets.
- Oversee HR management for new branches, ensuring a smooth transition and strong organizational culture.
- Drive the implementation of HR policies and procedures across all operational units.
- Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts within the expanded workforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies aligned with new branch locations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards in all new territories.
- Train and mentor branch staff to maintain high performance and service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, business development, or HR operations.
- Strong understanding of branch expansion processes, market analysis, and operational setup.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to foster employee relations and implement HR policies effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
