Kapal Api Global is seeking a dynamic Project Building Manager to spearhead the development of new Excelso outlets and innovative brand concepts across Jakarta. As a key driver in our expansion strategy, you'll oversee the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to completion, ensuring all constructions align with our brand standards and operational requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for new Excelso outlets, including site selection, planning, and execution
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of construction projects
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting throughout the development lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and brand design standards
- Oversee site operations, quality control, and resolution of construction-related issues
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align physical spaces with brand vision
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and milestone tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record in retail or F&B facility development projects
- Deep understanding of Jakarta's construction regulations and permitting processes
- Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
- Experience with budget management and contract negotiations
