Oneject is looking for a highly motivated Project & Business Development Officer to join our team in Cikarang Pusat. In this role, you will be the bridge between internal project execution and external business expansion, playing a pivotal role in scaling our operations and maintaining our competitive edge in the market.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, manage project lifecycles, and ensure that our strategic objectives are met with excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of market dynamics in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to expand Oneject's market presence.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of key projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Production, and Finance) to streamline project delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare detailed business proposals, presentations, and project status reports for management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of business development initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Project Management or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of business processes, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to be based in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat.
