We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Project & Business Incubation Manager (Mandarin) to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding into untapped markets, and establishing strategic partnerships that drive sustainable growth. As an Incubation Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring that our business initiatives are successfully launched and scaled.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Mandarin to facilitate communication with international stakeholders and partners, combined with a robust business acumen. You will lead incubation projects from concept to execution, monitoring performance and iterating strategies to maximize ROI. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships to drive company expansion.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end business incubation projects, from ideation and feasibility studies to launch and scaling.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth areas.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment.
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on progress and challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or project incubation.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new business initiatives or managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is highly desirable.
