Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all civil engineering aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Manage site operations, including resource allocation and contractor coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to deliver milestones
- Resolve technical issues and implement engineering solutions
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Coordinate with architects, surveyors, and government authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering for real estate/construction
- Professional License (Civil Engineer) from PRC
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Experience with government permit processes a plus
