We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Compliance & Permit Supervisor to join our construction team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our regulatory operations, ensuring that all large-scale construction projects adhere to local, state, and national building codes, environmental regulations, and zoning laws.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indonesian construction landscape, specifically concerning permit acquisition and statutory compliance. You will act as the primary liaison between our engineering teams, government agencies, and external consultants to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end permit application process for complex construction projects, including IMB/PBG and other site-specific licenses.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with local safety and environmental regulations on active job sites.
- Conduct regular audits of project documentation to ensure alignment with statutory requirements.
- Liaise with local government offices and municipal authorities to expedite approval timelines and resolve regulatory bottlenecks.
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for senior management regarding project risk and regulatory status.
- Coordinate with internal project managers to ensure design specifications meet legal zoning and safety standards.
- Stay up-to-date with legislative changes in the construction sector and communicate necessary process adjustments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project compliance, permitting, or regulatory affairs within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, building codes, and permit application procedures (PBG/SLF).
- Proven ability to manage relationships with local government agencies and external stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex legal and technical documentation.
- Strong proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and navigating bureaucratic challenges effectively.
