Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first- and second-line functional support to ERP system users, troubleshooting and resolving queries efficiently.
- Assist in the end-to-end implementation of Globe3 ERP software, including system configuration, data migration, and testing.
- Conduct professional user training sessions and prepare comprehensive user documentation to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Collaborate closely with technical and project management teams to resolve bugs and implement software enhancements.
- Analyze client business processes and recommend optimal ERP workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A fast learner with a keen interest in business operations, accounting, or project management workflows.
- Prior experience in ERP support or consulting (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Globe3) is an advantage, but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply as training is provided.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
