Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze client requirements and design HRMS solutions aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end implementation of HR management systems across various industries
- Configure, customize, and integrate HR modules including payroll, performance management, and recruitment
- Provide training and support to client stakeholders during system implementation and transition
- Document processes, create user manuals, and develop best practices for HRMS deployment
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Monitor project timelines, manage resources, and deliver milestones according to schedule
- Stay updated with the latest HR technology trends and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HRMS implementation or HR technology consulting
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows across different industries
- Experience with at least one major HRMS platform (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, etc.)
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to deliver complex implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Certification in HR technology or project management is a plus
