Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of project management experience in IT or automation
- Strong understanding of WMS and healthcare automation technologies
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
