Satya Langgeng Sentosa is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Consultant/Specifier to join our team in Surabaya. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be the face of our premium products, bridging the gap between our innovative solutions and high-profile industry projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers. You will not just be selling a product; you will be acting as a technical consultant, providing detailed specifications and solutions that meet the unique requirements of various construction and design projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, and property developers.
- Introduce, present, and promote our product range to target clients to ensure brand preference.
- Provide technical consultation and product specifications for ongoing projects.
- Actively scout and identify new project opportunities within the Surabaya and East Java region.
- Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth project delivery and installation.
- Prepare sales quotations, project proposals, and progress reports for management.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address client requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project sales, technical consulting, or architectural specification.
- Strong understanding of the construction and interior design industry in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CAD or design software is a significant advantage.
- Possess a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
