Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using project management software.
- Monitor and track project progress against the baseline schedule to identify potential delays.
- Analyze budget reports and cost performance to ensure financial targets are met.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly status reports for stakeholders and project management.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to facilitate smooth information flow and material logistics.
- Identify and document potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the site manager.
- Ensure all project documentation, drawings, and change orders are accurately archived and updated.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project control, scheduling, or cost estimation within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling techniques, and cost management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is an advantage).
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Karawang and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
