FiberHome Telecommunication Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Control Manager (PCM) to join our expanding team in Bonifacio Global City. As a global leader in optical fiber communications, we are looking for a professional capable of overseeing complex FTTH (Fiber to the Home) deployment projects. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our infrastructure projects remain on track, within budget, and aligned with our high-quality standards.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and control of our telecommunications projects, providing critical data to management to facilitate informed decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for large-scale FTTH infrastructure rollouts.
- Execute rigorous plan control to ensure all milestones are met according to the project timeline.
- Monitor and report on site-level progress, identifying potential bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to allocate resources efficiently across multiple work sites.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, budget tracking, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational roadblocks.
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards and local safety regulations for telecommunications projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project control or project management within the telecommunications or fiber infrastructure industry.
- Deep understanding of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) deployment life cycles.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable project plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, urgent, and deadline-driven work setting.
