Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, and budget baselines
- Monitor project progress and performance against KPIs using industry-standard methodologies
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive management strategies
- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and leadership teams
- Coordinate resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization across concurrent projects
- Implement change control processes to manage scope adjustments effectively
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and improve future outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project control or project management
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and financial metrics
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to diverse stakeholders
- Experience in technology or engineering project environments preferred
