Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor project progress against established timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control measures
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive control strategies
- Coordinate resource allocation and optimize utilization across project phases
- Ensure compliance with FTTH/OSP/Telkom technical standards and quality protocols
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular reporting and meetings
- Implement project control systems using industry-standard methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project control experience in telecommunications sector
- Proven expertise in FTTH/OSP/Telkom project environments
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex project data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
- Familiarity with Indonesian telecommunications regulations and standards
