Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and update comprehensive project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Analyze project costs and variances, ensuring expenses remain aligned with initial budgetary projections.
- Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management, highlighting project milestones and potential bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and site engineering, to ensure resource availability.
- Implement rigorous project control procedures to minimize waste and maximize operational efficiency.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain a mitigation log for all active construction projects.
- Review contract documentation to ensure all project activities adhere to internal and client specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project control, project planning, or cost engineering within the construction or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent ERP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex technical data and financial reports.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of construction site safety regulations and project lifecycle methodologies.
