Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and optimize comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard methodologies
- Monitor project progress against established KPIs and flag potential deviations proactively
- Generate and present S-Curve reports to visualize project progress and forecast completion timelines
- Coordinate with department heads to align project activities with organizational priorities
- Conduct variance analysis between planned vs. actual project performance
- Prepare monthly progress reports for stakeholders highlighting risks and mitigation strategies
- Support project budget forecasting and cost control initiatives
- Implement project control processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Controller or similar role in industrial/engineering sector
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
- Expert knowledge of scheduling techniques and S-Curve development methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex project data
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for cross-functional communication
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments
